Kazehakase
Kazehakase (Japanese风 博士, translates as " wind - doctor" ) is a GTK based browser for Linux / Unix operating systems.
Like other Web browser ( for example, Galeon, Epiphany and Skip Stone ) can also use the Kazehakase descended from the Mozilla products Gecko rendering engine for displaying web pages, but alternatively it can also use WebKitGTK for display.
Features include:
- Support for RSS and Japanese versions LIRS and HINA -DI
- Drag and drop tabs
- Mouse Gestures
- Importing bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Galeon, Konqueror and w3m; Shared bookmarks ( with XBEL )
- " Smart Bookmarks " programmed using regular expressions
- Full text search in the browsing history
- Support of plug-ins
The browser was named after the short story Kazehakase (German: Dr. wind) of the Japanese author Sakaguchi Ango named. Kazehakase is freely available under the GNU General Public License.
