Kazuhiko Chiba

Kazuhiko Chiba (Japanese千叶 和 彦, Kazuhiko Chiba, born June 21, 1985 in Kushiro, Kushiro District, Hokkaidō ) is a Japanese footballer who plays in midfield.

He began his career at Albirex Niigata and in July 2003 he moved to AGOVV Apeldoorn. In 2005 he moved to FC Dordrecht, whom he left in June of 2005 back to back Albirex Niigata to close. In May 2006, he made his league debut against Shimizu S-Pulse.
