Kerstin Förster

Kerstin forester, born Pieloth, ( born November 9, 1965 in Cottbus ) is a retired German rower. It was established in 1988 for the GDR Olympic champion in the quadruple sculls.

Her career began in 1981 as Spartakiade winner in the double sculls, the One they took second place. In 1982, she was together with Ute pity Junior World Champion in the double sculls. Since the rise in the adult class 1983, she sat in the quadruple sculls. After she had become in 1983 with the sculls vice world champion, she won the 1986 along with Jana Sorgers, Kerstin Hinze and Peter Birgit their first world title. The following year, the boat with Jutta Hampe instead Kerstin Hinze was world champion again. At the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988 the GDR sculls won gold in the occupation of Jana Sorgers, Kristina Mundt, Beate Schramm and Kerstin forester.

Kerstin Rangers competed for the SC Einheit Dresden. After her second world title, she married the end of 1987 the rower Olaf Förster, the 1988 Olympic champion also was. They have two children.

Kerstin forester has studied exercise science. Today she works as a freelance personnel and communication trainer in Dresden. In 2005 she published the book The manager and her majority.
