The Konstantin Simonov (Russian Константин Симонов ) (German Konstantin Simonov ) is a river cruise ship, built in 1984 in the GDR VEB Elbe yards Boizenburg / Roßlau in Boizenburg and Dmitriy Furmanov class, Project 302, German designation - BIFA 129М - heard. Construction Number: 382 The ship was named after the Soviet writer Konstantin Mikhailovich Simonov.

History

The river cruise ship with four passenger decks was built in 1984 at the German shipyard at VEB Elbe yards Boizenburg / Roßlau for the shipping company " Wolschskoje Retschnoje Parochodstwo " ( Volga - river shipping company ) in Nizhny Novgorod. It belongs to a series of 1983 to 1991 produced 27 1 (Vladimir Vysotskiy - not finished) ships Dmitriy Furmanov class, a development of Vladimir Ilyich class of the same yard. 2009, 2011, Konstantin Simonov was on the cruise route Saint Petersburg - Moscow used, where it continues its service in 2012 - Mandrogi - Kizhi - Goritsy - Uglich. Captain (2012 ) Konstantin Simonov is Aleksandr Nikolayevich the Kazakov (Russian Казаков Александр Николаевич ).

Technology

The ship has a diesel-electric drive with three Soviet main engines 6ЧРН 36/45 ( ЭГ70 -5), two diesel engines clockwise, one counter-clockwise, which act directly on corresponding 5- bladed fixed propeller, diameter 1.8 m.

Equipment

All comfortable 1 -, 2 - and 4- bed cabins are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, shower and WC, 220 V connection and have large windows (except on the lower deck). On board are Restaurant and Nightclub - restaurant, two bars ( Piano Bar and Coffee Bar ) - Meeting room, sun deck with lounge chairs, reading and music room, sauna - board shop, reception - ship's doctor (first aid ) and the ruble is considered board currency.
