Kráľova Lehota

Kráľova Lehota ( until 1927 slovak " Královská LEHOTA "; Hungarian Királylehota ) is a municipality in the north of Slovakia, in the historical region Liptau. It is located in Podtatranská kotlina on the slopes of the Low Tatras, at the confluence of the River and Boca recently from the headwaters Biely Vah Vah and Čierny incurred Waag. The cities Liptovsky Hradok and Liptovsky Mikulas each 5 and 17 km away.

The village was first mentioned in 1361, it was founded but already around 1300.

To the municipality next to the main town also includes the villages and eingemeindeten church today parts Čierny Vah and Svarin.
