Kristian Flittie Onstad

Kristian Flittie Onstad (born 9 May 1984) is a Norwegian football player. The defender played his career in his home country and Denmark. In both countries, he stood each in the finals of the national cup, but could not win the title.

Career

Onstad began playing football at Gjelleråsen IF, but moved to the youth of Lyn Oslo later. There he took his leave for the Norwegian U-16 selection, for which he ran aground the first time in summer 2000. For the first division of his time he made his debut at the age of 17 years in the Tippeligaen as he in August 2001 in a 5-2 away win at Stabæk Fotball was substituted shortly before the final whistle for Frode Hansen Eike. In the following years, he established himself in the squad of the men's team. While he hesitated here between stem and substitutes bench, he went through the various junior national teams. During the season 2004 he fought his way to a regular place in the defensive line, and consequently also defended alongside team captain Tommy Berntsen, Steven Lustü and Yngvar Håkonsen in the final of the Norwegian National Cup against Brann Bergen, which, however, despite a goal of the Swedish team Kameradens Peter Markstedt with a 1 ended :4- defeat. The following season he played 20 of the 26 season games and was thus crucially involved on the third place in the table.

After 73 Premier League matches for Lyn Oslo Onstad left Norway in summer 2006. The newly signed coach Troels Bech caught up with him in July of this year the Danish club Esbjerg fB in the Super League, where he signed a four -year contract. With the team to Njogu Demba - Nyrén, Martin Vingaard, Jesper Bech and Andreas Klarström he finished in the years to places in the middle of the league. In May 2008, he was with the club in the final of the Danish National Cup against Brøndby IF. Although Søren Rieks twice the leadership of the opponent with goals from Samuel Holmén respectively Max von Schlebrügge tying the game went to a goal by Martin Retov with a 2:3 defeat lost.

In the first half of the 2008 /09 Onstad continued to operate on for Esbjerg fB, before he returned on loan in early March of the following year to Norway and ran aground in the Tippeligaen season 2009 for SK Brann. However, shortly after its first use in mid-March for the club he fell a long time from injury, in August, he played his second outing in the championship. Only eight stakes were therefore for him until the end of the loan period for beech, then he returned to Denmark.

In early January 2010, however, Onstad broke his contract with Esbjerg fB, he hoped for a new commitment at Brann Bergen. A few days later he wrote, however, a three-year contract with the Norwegian Premier League rivals Stabæk Fotball. In the first few games still master power he lost by summer his place in the squad, so that club and player end of July already parted again.

Early August 2010 Onstad joined the third division Raufoss IL until the end of the season. He then moved on to league rivals Ullensaker / Kisa IL, with which he ascended the end of 2011 to the second-class Adecco Ligaen.
