Kristianstad Municipality

Kristianstad is a municipality (in Swedish kommun ) in the southern Swedish province of Skåne County and the historical province Scania. The main town of the municipality is Kristianstad.

Geography

The municipality of Kristianstad extends about 30 km along the Hanöbukten Degeberga by trolls - Ljungby. The coast north of Aahus is dominated by small archipelago, while the coast is south of Aahus a dune landscape with sandy beaches.
