Lady Antebellum

Lady Antebellum is an American country band from Nashville. The band was formed in 2010, 2011 and 2012, won multiple Grammy. Her most most successful title is Need You Now.

Band History

Charles Kelley, brother of pop musician Josh Kelley, had already published two of his own pop albums before trying a new start in Nashville in 2005. He teamed up with his old friend Dave Haywood, and later joined the singer Hillary Scott, the daughter of country music singer Linda Davis, do so.

The band's name comes from the Latin term used to describe the period before a war ( Antebellum ); in the United States is thus usually meant the time before the Civil War. Charles Kelley used the term while viewing photos of historic homes; at a joint discussion, the band decided to prefix nor "Lady".

First made in 2007, the trio attention to themselves, as they accompanied the pianist Jim Brickman at the hit Never Alone. In the same year she got a recording contract with Capitol Records and released the debut single Love Do not Live Here. They arrived so went straight to number three of the U.S. country charts, and were 100 successful in the Billboard Hot.
