Lassaâd Ouertani

Lassaad Ouertani (Arabic الأسعد الورتاني, DMG al-As ʿ ad al - Wartānī; born February 5, 1980 in Qairawan; † 4 January 2013) was a Tunisian football player.

His career began in 1999 when JS Kairouan. From 2001 to 2003 Ouertani played in the capital Tunis, Tunisia at Stade. In 2003 he moved to Club Africain Tunis and played there until 2009. Afterwards he moved to Esperance Zari. From the season 2009/2010 he played again at his home club JS Kairouan. Ouertani died in a car accident on January 4, 2013.
