Lauren Hewett

Lauren Hewett ( born January 8, 1981 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian actress.

Life

Hewett began at the age of six years to work in the entertainment industry. She took both dance and singing lessons. She first appeared on television she had in a promotional sport for the milk drink QUIK. At age 8, she stood for the musical The Seven Little Australians in the role of the baby on stage.

Hewett was seen in many youth television series. Furthermore, they could two assigned by the Australian Film Institute Young Actor's Award win: 1991 for the movie Act of Necessity and 1993 for the TV series Across the Galaxy and Turn Left. In addition, she was co- starring Emily Browning, Chelsea Yates and Ben Hanson for a Young Artist Award in the category Best Performance in a TV Movie / Pilot / Made for Video 1999 - Nominated Young Ensemble for the film The Echo of Thunder.

In Germany it was mainly due to the role of Mera in Ocean Girl and as Kathy Morgan in Spellbinder - Land of the Dragon Emperor known.
