Laurene Landon

Laurene Landon ( born March 17, 1957 in Toronto, Canada as Laurene Landon Coughlin ) is an American film and television actress.

Life

Born in Toronto and raised in California since the age of four, she wrote as a young woman, first at California State University in Los Angeles, but finally decided to go as an extra for filming to work. In the late 1970s it became increasingly occupied in major supporting roles; so in Bitter Heritage or scoring both 1979. 1980 she was runner-up in the Miss Black Velvet in Las Vegas.

Success they had in 1981, directed by Robert Aldrich and on the side of Peter Falk in Kesse bees on the mat ( ... All the Marbles ). Her most famous role is that of the main Hundra in the same fantasy film of 1983. Landon appeared in the course of her career to date in over 20 film and television productions, often directed by Larry Cohen and action-driven, strong female roles. However, most of their films do not get beyond the status of B-movies. It has worked occasionally as a model.

Landon is unmarried and lives in Hollywood.
