Lausur

The Lausur ( formerly lice Bach; Czech Lužnička ) is a right-side tributary of the Mandau with a length of 13.6 km.

Course

Its source is located south of the city Krasna Lipa ( Schönlinde ) in the subjects to Rybniště ( pond instead ) belonging houses of Chřibská Nová Ves ( Kreibitz - Neudörfel ) in the Bohemian Switzerland in the Czech Republic. The stream runs in its entire route in an easterly direction and forms the natural border between the Lusatian Mountains and Nordböhmischem Netherlands.

The reservoir Rybnišťský velký rybnik ( Berndorfer pond ) is 36 hectares and is the largest water bodies in Okres Decin, and was declared a nature reserve for its flora and fauna 1982.

Below the dam, the valley is densely populated, some of the elongated villages are Horni Podluzi (upper surface) and Dolni Podluzi (low base ), the Lausur of Lesné ( Innozenzidorf ) Coming to the Lesenský ( Goldflössel ) here flows to creek. Behind Dolni Podluzi the Lausur flows at Herrenwalde to Germany and empties into Grossschönau, below the Hutberges, in the Mandau.
