Lectionary 10

Lectionary 10 ( according to the numbering of Gregory -Aland as sigla ℓ 10 refers ) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament on parchment sheets ( vellum ). Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 13th century.

Description

The Code contains Lessons from the Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Luke ( Evangelistarium ). Lessons from the Gospel of John have been lost. It was written in Greek minuscule on 142 parchment leaves ( 32.2 × 24.5 cm). Each side has 2 columns and 23 rows.

Once belonged to the manuscript Colbert, as well as the lectionaries ℓ 7, ℓ 8 ℓ 9, ℓ 11 and ℓ 12

The Code is now in the Bibliothèque nationale de France ( Gr. 287 ) in Paris.
