Lee Byung-hun

Lee Byung -hun ( born July 12, 1970 in Seoul, South Korea) is a South Korean actor. He is known for roles in Park Chan- wook's Joint Security Area, GI Joe - The Rise of Cobra and the TV series IRIS.

Career

Lee competed in 1991 KBS Super Talent Audition and was taken, he made his debut in the television drama Asphalt My Hometown. His breakthrough was in the movie Joint Security Area (2000) by Park Chan -wook. He played alongside Lee Yeong- ae and Song Kang -ho, a border guard soldiers.
