Léon Eyrolles

Léon Eyrolles ( born December 14, 1861 in Tulle, † December 3, 1945 in Cachan? ) Was a French politician and entrepreneur. He founded in 1891 the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics later du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie ( ESTP ) and beside the Publisher Editions Eyrolles also a library ( Librairie Eyrolles ), which specializes in issues of professional higher education.

Eyrolles recognized his teaching skills by helping his comrades, develop professionally. In 1902 he bought in Cachan, a place near Paris, a large area on which it training centers, laboratories, and a boarding school built later.
