Les Collines -de- l'Outaouais is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.

It is located in the Outaouais administrative region and consists of seven subordinate administrative units. The MRC was founded on 4 December 1991. The main town is Chelsea. The population is 49,478 and the area of ​​2032.6 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 24.3 inhabitants per km ².
