Lex Hives is the sixth studio album by the Swedish alternative rock band The Hives. It appeared in Germany June 1, 2012 at the band's own label No Fun AB.

Creation and publication

For the first time in the history of the band Lex Hives was itself produced and marketed itself through its own tape label. The recordings took place in various studios in Sweden, Germany and the USA. As with the album Veni Vidi Vicious, the band chose a partially Latin name, the title roughly translates to " The Hives are the law " means. The album itself was released in Germany and in Sweden on 1 June 2012.

In Sweden, the album reached seventh place finishing in the top ten. In Switzerland, the album reached number 20 in Germany and number 25 in Austria and Australia on 38th More rankings in the charts were in France ( 47th ) and two parts of Belgium (ranked 126 in Flanders, place 135 in Wallonia ) is reached.

Reception
