This list will only lighthouses on in Spain.
In northern Spain, A Coruña the oldest working lighthouse in the world, the Torre de Hércules is from the 2nd century. With the establishment of a coast -wide network under state control was started in 1847. Many lighthouses from this period are still in use today.
