London Capital is a basketball club from London in England. The club was founded in 1998 as North West London Wolverines and reached under this name in 2004 to move up to the first division of the English Basketball League ( EBL). After promotion to the English Basketball League, changed the name of the association with the sponsorship of PAWS Foundation in PAWS London Capital. After three years in the English top flight was achieved in May 2007 to join the closed professional league British Basketball League (BBL ) and there replaced local rivals London United, after he had four months later explain its withdrawal from the BBL. London United in turn had replaced a year before the London Towers in the BBL.
