Louis II, Elector of Brandenburg

Louis Roman ( born May 7, 1328 Rome, † between November 11, 1364 and February 27, 1365 ) was as Louis VI. Duke of (upper ) and Bavaria as Louis II Markgraf and first Elector of Brandenburg. As Margrave of Brandenburg, he is also known as Louis the Younger.

Life

Louis the Romans was the first son of the second marriage of the Holy Roman Emperor Ludwig of Bavaria Margaret of Holland. He was born in 1328 in Rome when his parents were staying there for the imperial coronation of the father.
