Manny Ziener
Amanda Ziener ( born October 5, 1887 in Berlin, German Reich, † May 4, 1972 in Berlin, Germany ) was a German actress.
Life
The wife of actor Bruno Ziener stood since 1910 on the Berlin stage and was also film actress since 1912. On stage, as in the film, she played mostly in comedies and mimed in supporting roles rather coarse young women. At the Volksbühne she was often seen as a cabaret artist.
In the 20's Manny Ziener was exclusively a theater actress, but in the 30s, she returned as a supporting actress back on the big screen. In My girlfriend Barbara (1937 ) she played the mother of the actress Grethe Weiser. Ziener also worked for radio.
