March 14 alliance

The March 14 alliance or Rafiq Hariri Martyr List (in French Alliance du 14 Mars ) is the pro-Western alliance of political parties in Lebanon, of the risk of attacks on his vehicle convoy of Saad al -Hariri, the younger son fallen victim to former Prime Minister Rafiq al -Hariri, is performed.

She sees herself in the tradition of the Cedar Revolution of 14 March 2005, which led to the final independence of Lebanon from Syria. In the last parliamentary elections in Lebanon in 2005 and 2009, the Alliance became the dominant group in the National Assembly. Member parties

At the core of the Alliance are the Christian Qurnat - Schahwan Collection ( Kata'ib Party and National Liberal Party ) and the Sunni Muslim Future Movement.
