Marcin Nowak (athlete)

Marcin Nowak ( Andrzej Marcin Nowak, born August 2, 1977 in Stalowa Wola ) is a Polish sprinter.

The European Athletics Championships 1998 in Budapest, he was eighth over 100 m and won bronze in the 4 x 100 - meter relay. The following year, he won at the U23 European Championships in Gothenburg silver over 100 meters. At the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville and at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney he reached over this distance the quarter-finals and came up with the Polish 4 x 100 -meter relay race at the sixth and eighth place.

In 2002 he won with the Polish team at the European Championships in Munich silver in the 4 x 100 - meter relay, 2003, he was with her fifth. At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 he was again part of the Polish 4 x 100 -meter relay, but resigned from her in the lead.

In 2000 he became the national champion in the 100 m, 2003 Indoor Champion over 60 m.
