Marianne Deml

Marianne Deml (born 8 March 1949 in nine vorm Wald ) is a German politician. It belongs since 1990 as a Member of the Bavarian Parliament at CSU. From June 1993 to January 2001 she was State Secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Forestry.

Life

Deml attended from 1966 to 1968, the Higher College of Rural Home Economics in Triesdorf. From 1968 to 1971 she was in the diocese of Regensburg as diocesan officer of the Catholic Rural Youth Movement ( KLJB ) operates. Subsequently, she worked for four years as an educator. In 1978 she put her master's certificate from the rural home. From 1981 to 1985, she was working part-time at various vocational schools. From 1989 to 1990 she was a consultant for public relations at the solar -hydrogen Bayern GmbH.

Political career

Their political involvement began in 1977 with the entry into the CSU. Since 1984 she is a district councilor in the district Schwandorf. In the state elections 1990, she was first elected to the Bavarian Parliament, to which it belongs since then without interruption. In June 1993 she was appointed Minister of State under Reinhold Booklet in the Office of the Secretary of State in the Bavarian Ministry of Agriculture, which she held until January 2001. Since 1999 Deml a member of the executive committee of the CSU. For state elections in Bavaria in 2008 they did not stand for election.

For her achievements, she was awarded in 2006 with the Bavarian Order of Merit.
