Marie-Helene Östlund

Marie -Helene Östlund ( born May 14, 1966 in Ed, Sollefteå ) is a former Swedish cross-country skier.

She celebrated her biggest success at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1987 in Oberstdorf, as she became world champion in the 20 km. For this performance she was awarded the Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal - winning the Radiosportens Jerringpris.

She is the sister of Håkan Westin, married to the former Swedish cross-country skier Erik Östlund.
