Marika Lehtimäki

Marika Johanna Lehtimäki ( born February 7, 1975 in Tampere ) is a former Finnish ice hockey player. She played on the position of the center. At club level, she was active for Ilves Tampere and won with this club in 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993, the Finnish wife Hockey Championship.

Lehtimäki belonged to the first generation of Finnish internationals and represented her home country at a variety of international competitions. They won three bronze medals at World Championships and three gold medals and a bronze medal at the European Championships. At the 1998 Winter Olympics, she won the bronze medal with the Finnish national team in the Olympic ice hockey tournament. Overall, she completed 83 caps for Finland.
