Marion Kreiner

Marion Kreiner (born 4 May 1981 in Graz) is an Austrian snowboarder.

Career

Marion Kreiner also drives the parallel slalom at the World Cup next to the parallel giant slalom. Snowboard she drives since 1992, the contest since 1994. During the Snowboard World Cup 2007 in Arosa Graz, captured the silver medal in the parallel slalom, a day earlier, she already finished the parallel giant slalom in fourth place. On October 21, 2007, she celebrated the race in Soelden her first World Cup victory, in the final she beat just her roommate Heidi Neururer, against which they had lost at the World Championships in Arosa. In the Snowboard World Cup 2009 in Korea was Kreiner world champion in parallel giant slalom. The next day she picked up even number 7 in parallel slalom. At the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver in 2010 it secured in the parallel giant slalom bronze medal. 2013, it won the small crystal in Parallelriesentorlauf and 2nd place in the overall World Cup. Only a few items were missing the big crystal ball.
