Martyn Brabbins

Martyn Brabbins ( born August 13, 1959) is an English conductor.

Brabbins studied composition in London and then in Leningrad with Ilya Musin conducting. In 1988, he won first place in the conducting competition in Leeds. After that, he conducted most of the major orchestra in the UK, but also the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Radio Symphony Orchestra Berlin and the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra.

As a conductor of chamber music ensembles and opera conductor Brabbins made ​​a name for himself.
