Marvin Pourié

Marvin Pourie (born 8 January 1991 Werne ) is a German football player.

Career

Pourie played in youth only for the SSV Werne, the Werner SC and FC Tura mountain Kamen. From there he moved in July 2002 in the youth of Borussia Dortmund. Three years later, in July 2005, he went to the hammer SpVg. There he played only one year, and signed a contract in July 2006 in the youth academy of FC Liverpool.

He belonged to the 2008 squad of the German U18 national team, for which he was able to achieve three goals in nine appearances.

During his time at Liverpool Pourie caught the attention of several European clubs. In January 2009, he signed a contract with FC Schalke 04, who was until June 2013. However, he was loaned one day after the obligation to summer 2011 at the 1860 Munich to collect there match practice.

His competitive debut for the Munich had Pourie 27 January 2009 for the cup tie of the lions at Hamburg, where he came on in the 75th minute. At the beginning of the preparation for the season 2009/10 Pourie was no longer considered for the professional squad of 1860, he took after several weeks in the training of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern. Also known as Felix Magath was sacked and replaced with Ralf Rangnick, Pourie had few chances to use the pro squad.

Pourie joined the 2011/12 season for Danish first division club Silkeborg IF.
