Måsøy ( Sami Muosátsullo ) is a town and commune in the Norwegian province (county ) Finnmark.

The municipality is located on the west coast of Finnmark and on some offshore islands. It comprises several coastal settlements scattered. The administrative headquarters was moved from the eponymous site Måsøy after Havøysund, more settlements are Snefjord, Kokelv, Ingøy and Rolvsøy. The lighthouse fyr Fruholmen is the northernmost of Norway and the world.

The ships of the Hurtigruten run daily at the port of Havøysund. This is in addition to an often impassable in winter the main road links to the outside world.
