May'n

May Nakabayashi (Japanese中 林 芽 依, Nakabayashi Mei, born 21 October 1989), also known under the name of May'n, is a Japanese singer. Outside of Asia, it is known primarily for her interpretation of the singing voice of Sheryl Nome figure from the anime series Macross Frontier. She is currently the label Flying Dog by Victor Entertainment under contract.

Career

In 2003, she was 28th in the talent show Horipro - Talent Scout Caravan - Love Music - Audition (ホリプロ・タレントスカウトキャラバン・ラブミュージック・オーディション, Horipuro · Taranto Sukauto Kyaraban · Rabu Myūziku · Ōdishon ) reached the final. 2005 of the first single releases Crazy Crazy Crazy and Sympathy. 2006 was followed by the third single Fallin ' in or Not.

However, Her breakthrough came in 2007, when she took over the singing voice of Sheryl Nome characters from the anime series Macross Frontier. Diamond Crevasse and Lion are the most famous pieces of it.

To this day she is still successful in the Japanese charts and also in other Asian countries. Regularly it is in Asia on tour.
