Melchiorre CafÃ
CAFA Melchiorre ( in Malta also Gafa Gafa or, * 1636 in Vittoriosa, † September 4, 1667 in Rome ) was a famous sculptor of the Baroque Maltese architect Lorenzo Gafa and brother.
CAFA was at the beginning of a great career, when he died at the age of 31 years by a work accident while he was working at the Altar Decoration for St. John 's Co-Cathedral in Valletta.

- Wooden statue of the Virgin of the Rosary in the Dominican church in Rabat, Malta ( 1660-61 )
