Michel Platini Mesquita

Michel Platini Ferreira Mesquita, called Michel Platini ( born September 8, 1983 in Brasilia, Brazil ) is a Brazilian footballer who plays for the Bulgarian first division Ludogorez Razgrad since January 2012.

Michel played for the Brazilian club Ceilândia, Araguaína, the Chinese South China, the Hungarian Tatabánya FC and the Portuguese Estrela Amadora before 2008 a two-year contract with FC Chernomorets Burgas signed. He played 26 games in his first season in the Bulgarian A- League, scoring ten goals. He was the top scorer of his team.

On 31 August 2009 Michel Platini changed hands for 510,000 euros for CSKA Sofia (which after reaching the group stage of the Europa League urgently sought a striker ), where he signed a three-year contract. To date ( August 2012) CSKA owes the majority of the transfer fee and attempts by legal and administrative procedures to delay the payment. Nevertheless, Platini played for CSKA.

During the winter break of the 2011/12 season Mesquita joined the Romanian Dinamo Bucharest for 10,000 euros. After this six-month commitment, he joined in the summer of 2012 back to CSKA Sofia.
