Mirza Muhammad Haidar Dughlat

Mirza Muhammad Haidar Dughlat (Chinese米 儿 咱·马 黑 麻·海 答 儿, Persian ميرزا ​​محمد حيدر دوغلات, Russian Мирза Мухаммад Хайдар Дуглат, Kazakh Мұхаммед Хайдар Дулати; * 1499 or 1500, † 1551 ) was a Chagatai Turko Mongol military and historian. He was in the service of the Mughal ruler or Chagatai Sultan Said Khan. His main work is written in Persian Tarikh -i - Rashidi ( تاريخ رشيدى ), personal memories with a history of Mogul rulers of Central Asia and their khans. He was a cousin of Prince Zahir, later Babur (1482-1530), the founder of the Mughal Empire in India.

Under the leadership of Sultan Said Khan in 1531, he began a raid against Ladakh, Baltistan, Kashmir and Tibet, which he finished only in 1535.
