Mixer (cooking)

A hand mixer, hand mixer or blender kitchen ( sometimes called cream stick) is a hand -held kitchen utensil for stirring pasty or liquid food or for whipping cream. Most are two rotating beater or dough hook.

Mechanically operated ( " hand-operated " ) mixers have become rare; widespread are electrically powered devices today. They usually have 2 to 5 speeds or a continuously variable speed control and a separate eject button for the agitator.
