Mohammad-Reza Golpaygani

Seyyed Mohammad Reza Golpayegani (Persian سید محمدرضا گلپایگانی, Seyyed Mohammad- Reza Golpayegani DMG, * 1899, † 1993) was a Shia Grand Ayatollah, who retired lived in Qom.

Golpayegani Abdulkarim Haeri Yazdi studied under Ayatollah, who extended the city of Qom on Iran Theological Center. The standing of the theological reputation over Ruhollah Khomeini Golpayegani was developed by Khomeini, and realized with the Islamic revolution in 1979, the principle of rule of one legal scholar reticent towards.
