Geography
The site is bordered to the north by the Greizer and Werdauer forest. Prior to their dissolution, the community consisted of the districts God Green, Green Herrmann, Kahmer, Mohlsdorf, Reudnitz and Waldhaus.
History
On October 21, 1865 Mohlsdorf received following the railway line from Greiz by Neumark. 1994 amalgamated with God Mohlsdorf Green, Kahmer and Reudnitz. On January 1, 2012, and Mohlsdorf Teichwolframsdorf merged to Mohlsdorf - Teichwolframsdorf.

Traffic
On 1 June 1997, the passenger rail service on the Route number ( KBS ) 543 Greiz- Neumark has been set. On 28 January 1999, the Federal Railway Authority approved the closure of the route. This Mohlsdorf had lost its connection to the railway network by nearly 134 years.
Bus number 18 ( Greiz- Raasdorf - Mohlsdorf - Kahmer - Reudnitz ) of passenger and tourist traffic GmbH Greiz served several stops in Mohlsdorf and the hamlets.
