Montdidier (Moselle)

Montdidier ( German Diedersberg ) is a commune with 63 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district of Château- Salins and Canton Albestroff.

Geography

Montdidier is located three kilometers west of Albestroff on a long ridge that overlooks the surrounding area by about 40 meters. The municipality covers 1.93 km ².

History

In the forest Didersberg (1018: Tuderstroff ), the village was founded in 1628.
