It comprises a color sensor which is mounted adjacent to the eye, the in-focus color is perceived by a sensor and transmitted to a chip installed on the head, where the color spectrum can be converted into audible frequencies to Harbisson to interpret the color. Then Neil sought the assistance of his physician, and members of the university, where he had studied. They all send letters to the appropriate authority and defended Neil's case.
