Neomariania oecophorella

Neomariania oecophorella is a butterfly of the family of Stathmopodidae.

Features

The moths reach a wingspan of 11 to 14 millimeters, the forewing length is specified with 5 to 6 millimeters. The umbrabraunen sensors are greatly thickened by shed and sawed at the top. They are very long and rich with one-sixth the length of the forewing tip out. The labial palps are inside a little brighter and slightly curved upwards. The end member is short and nearly one-third as long as the middle term. The head is umber and has a slightly lighter forehead ( frons ). The abdomen is well colored and conical. The hind wings are about half as wide as the front wings. They are very stretched, or blackish umber and have also colored fringed scales.
