Neomariania
Neomariania is a genus of butterflies of the family of Stathmopodidae.
Dissemination
The representatives of the genus are native to the Azores.
Biology
The biology of the species is unknown.
System
The genus Neomariania was provided by Rebel originally as a species Mariania into the family of Frans moths ( Momphidae ). Later she arranged Riedl the decaying wood moths ( Oecophoridae ) to. Currently, the genus of the family Stathmopodidae is attributed to the taxonomic position, however, is uncertain. The type species of the genus is Neomariania partinicensis ( Rebel, 1937).
