Neuengönna is a municipality in the north of the Saale- wood - country circuit and part of the joint management Dornburg - Camburg. It is divided into the districts Neuengönna and Porstendorf.

Geographical Location

Neuengönna at the output of Gönnatals, 1 km west of the B 88 in the Saale valley between Jena and thorn castle. By Neuengönna runs the L 2302.
