New Zealand played first OFC member against Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, China, Fiji, Ghana, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Qatar, Lebanon, Morocco, the New Hebrides ( now Vanuatu), New Caledonia, Norway, Paraguay, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Tahiti, Thailand, Turkey, the USSR, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates and Wales as well as the only OFC Member in respect of Burma ( now Myanmar), Botswana, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Estonia, Georgia, Honduras, Macau, Oman, Sudan, Tanzania, and Trinidad & Tobago.
Fiji, the New Hebrides and Tahiti suffered their highest defeats against New Zealand. New Zealand was the first opponent for Fiji, the New Hebrides, New Caledonia and Tahiti.
