Nic Wise

Nic Wise ( born September 8, 1987 in Houston, Texas, civil Giovanni Domenic Wise ) is an American professional basketball player. He is, despite its comparatively low height of 1.78 m professional basketball player and plays as a point guard.

Career

His first professional station, he played in the 2010/2011 season at the Telekom Baskets Bonn. In Bonn, he shall compensate the departure of Jared Jordan. For the season 2011/2012 Wise was awarded a new contract more and has been replaced by returnee Jordan again.

Previously, Wise had played during his studies in his home country for the Wildcats of the University of Arizona in the NCAA, where he scored 14 points, 3.3 assists, a triple ratio of 36 % and a free throw rate of 87 % in his last season.

After his year at the Telekom Baskets Bonn Wise joined the French LNB Pro A and signed a one-year contract with STB Le Havre. There he was injured in March 2012 at the knees and fell for the rest of the season. He then asked for an early release from his contract in order to cure the breach in the USA. The association met this request. In 22 games for Le Havre Wise came to 15.1 points, 5.6 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game.

For the season 2012/2013 Wise was awarded a contract in the Italian Serie A at JuveCaserta Basket. The contract has already been resolved after a few weeks and Wise moved to Poland and was awarded a contract with first division side KS Pink Sport Radom.
