Niederndorferberg is a municipality with 677 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the district of Kufstein, Tyrol ( Austria ). The municipality is located in the judicial district of Kufstein.

Geography

Niederndorferberg is a hilltop settlement above the lower Inn Valley and situated on the border with Bavaria. The settlement area extends over several scattered settlements that have partially condenses into hamlets between the Inn Valley and the Wildbichlerstraße B 175, which leads to tangible rank in Bavaria.

Policy

Following the resignation of Mayor Wolfgang Baumgartner Elisabeth Daxauer was elected the first woman mayor of the new Niederndorferberg on February 24, 2012 with 231 to 191 votes.

Economy

In the hamlet Wildbichl there are in a game park animals from the Alpine region and a nature trail.

Well known is the dairy Hatzenstädt which has in several cheese competitions get prizes. Technically interesting is the Milchtranport of the courts of the Niederndorferberg is for dairy. He carried on a star-shaped network of cableways. Above Hatzenstädt there for a transfer station.
