Nuelson Wau

Nuelson Francisco Emanuel Wau [ nʊəlson ɻaʊ ] ( born December 17, 1980 in Geldrop - Mierlo ) is a football player of the Netherlands Antilles, which is under contract with the Dutch amateur club VV Gemmert since the 2013/14 season.

Career

Clubs

He has emerged from the youth of PSV Eindhoven 19 - year committed by the first division side Willem II Tilburg. Wau completed in eight seasons for the club 134 top-flight appearances and scored one goal. He made his debut on April 22, 2000 ( 31 Matchday) during a 5-3 victory at home to De Graafschap Doetinchem VBV. His only Erstligator he scored on 4 March 2006 (27th Round ) in the 5-0 victory at home to FC Groningen the deficit to intermediate 3-0 in the 31st minute.

After a short stop at Premier League rivals Roda JC Kerkrade in which to June 2008, he played only 10 first division matches of January, he moved to Cyprus first division club Nea Salamis Famagusta. After he came there never League Stakes, he returned in January 2009, returned to the Netherlands and graduated from the rest of the season in Tilburg. For the season 2009/10, a contract was awarded for the second division SC Cambuur - Leeuwarden, for which he completed three seasons. Then he worked for a year in Belgium and played in each half a year for the KFC de Kempen and Lutlommel VV. Since the 2013/14 season he plays Gemmert for the Dutch amateur club VV.

National

For the national football team of the Netherlands Antilles, he played twice. He made his debut on 18 February 2004 in Saint John's in the 0-2 defeat against the selection of Antigua and Barbuda in the first leg of the World Cup qualifiers in 2006.

His last international game he played on 18 June 2004 in San Pedro Sula in the 0-4 defeat in the second leg of qualifying for the 2006 World Cup in Germany against the selection of Honduras.

Nuelson one of the few footballers of the Netherlands Antilles that could establish itself in Europe.
