Oleksandr Krykun

Oleksandr Krykun (Ukrainian Олександр Крикун; born March 1, 1968 in Leipzig ) is a retired Ukrainian hammer thrower.

Krykun participated in three Olympic Games ( Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 ) and four World Championships ( 1995 in Gothenburg, 1997 in Athens, 2001 in Edmonton, 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis ) part.

His biggest success Krykun by winning the bronze medal at the Games in Atlanta, when he ( 81.24 m ) and the Americans had to bow Lance Deal ( 81.12 m) with 80.03 meters, only the Hungarian Balázs Kiss.

His best performance presented Krykun 1991 with 81.66 meters.

Krykun is 1,94 m tall and weighed about 110 kg competition times.
