Omorate (also Omo Rati or rate ) is a village on the Omo River in southwestern Ethiopia. It is the capital of the woreda Kuraz in the Debub Omo Zone of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People and largest town in the area of ​​Dassanetch region.
