Orličky

Orličky ( German: Adler called Dörfel, also Orlicka and Worlitschka ) is a village with 301 inhabitants in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí (wild sword) in the Pardubice Region, Czech Republic. It is located in the southern part of the Eagle Mountains between Letohrad ( Vulture's Peak ) and Králíky ( Grulich ).

The foundation of the town is probably due to the colonization of the Bohemian King Ottokar Přemysl. This moved to the area in German, which mostly came from Franconia. The highest point of a glass factory was once located. Through the high wood consumption of the Glazier, the forests were cleared and gained new land for more settlements. A second branch of industry was the Bürsterei. The rough nature, there was still not much work and many residents went to Prague to work. Home they came mostly only on holidays. In 1890 most families moved to the industrial cities of Germany.
