Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (Paris Métro)

Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre is a station of the Paris Métro. It is located in the 1st arrondissement below the Rue de Rivoli between the Louvre and Palais Royal. It is served by lines 1 and 7.

History

The station was opened on 19 July 1900 as one of the first Parisian underground stations with the commissioning of the Métro line 1. At that time she was still wearing the name Palais Royal.
